At PMI Pegasus, our team includes experienced property managers, skilled maintenance technicians, customer-focused leasing agents, and financial experts. Each member plays a key role in delivering exceptional service, from managing day-to-day operations to ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value. Together, we provide comprehensive, proactive solutions for property owners and tenants alike.
Rich is a seasoned professional with experience in commercial real estate design and development and technology consulting. He has worked on and with numerous boards and HOA’s. He was raised in Dallas where he still lives with his wife and 4 children.
Suzanne Valenting is an Association Operations Specialist with over a decade experience in community management, supporting community managers and board members in navigating the complexities of association management. In her role, she helps streamline operations, implement best practices, provide training and equipping them with resources to “open doors to a better life” through successful association management.
As Director of Books at PMI, Megan Manwill oversees all pillars of operational accounting, supported by dedicated teams committed to accuracy and excellence. With over 7 years at PMI, she has built trusted relationships fostering confidence in financial processes and enabling long-term success. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from BYU. Megan enjoys spending time camping, kayaking, snowboarding, and riding dirt bikes.
